An American anole, Anolis carolinensis, sits quietly on a knobby branch of a Post Oak Tree, Quercus stellata, in Houston, Texas on a Spring day in this black and white traditional pen and ink scientific illustration. Artwork featured on the home page of the FAA artist's group "Animal Art" 04/25/21.
