Description
8 barn owls paired in twos, Tyto alba, with white heart shaped facial discs and chests, dark piercing eyes, and speckled body markings are robed in beautiful orange, white, brown and warm gray marked and striped feathers are silhouetted in light blue and displayed against a backdrop of high peaked blue gray barns with oval shaped windows on a muted purple background in this midnight ghost raptor owl nature mandala. Owls are able to rotate their heads in a 270-degree motion because they possess special anatomical adaptations in their neck bones allowing for non-constricted blood flow from heart to head. The Barn Owl has dark eyes set into a white heart-shaped face. This medium sized bird is approximately the same size as a crow (about 18 inches tall) and is covered mostly white with tan speckles and brown and orange spotted and striped feathers. Their stealth-like flight is aided by tiny soft branches called barbules that are extensions found on the edges of the flight feathers that zip together and silence the sound of their flapping wings. Not only do they have exceptional eyesight but they also possess keen hearing. Their favored foods include mice and voles that are either pounced upon from a leafy perch or snatched up while on a low silent early night glide.

Tim, the vision I hoped you would share of your developmental digital artistry with your mandala art that begins with geometric design…adds biology…adds ecosystem…adds habitat preferences…and explodes into an inspired story tale finale…is TOTALLY EXCEEDED by this process share. I hope viewers appreciate that EACH phase stands on its own as a work of Art…talk about an idea for Collection Series marketing?? Hmmm. Thanks SO much Tim.
